What’s the advantage of working with you?
Because of our relationships, knowledge, experience and buying power in the industry Heineken-Miller can sync you with a provider or group of specialized providers that will fulfill all of your specific needs and desires. We know all the players in the chauffeured transportation, private aviation, yachting and meeting and event planning industry. We qualify them based on your specific goal, therefore eliminating the need to meet with groups of sales people trying to sell to you their product. We do not sell anything, therefore giving you the freedom, options and clarity in what each provider actually provides. No hype, no smoke and mirrors… just the facts.

Why shouldn’t I go directly to the provider?
You can, however, because of our deep knowledge and experience with the best of the best in the marketplace, Heineken-Miller knows what pricing structures and service models are out there to best fit your goal. We know the in and out’s of the pricing structures. We’ve built partnerships with providers that allow us to give you the best deal out there and be flexible to change their service model for a client of ours. Heineken-Miller’s job is to get you the best-fit deal, help implement and activate your service program and be there for you throughout the relationship to ensure the utmost in hospitality.

How do I know I’m getting the best quality and service?
Quality of service is the foundation of how Heineken-Miller was born. For years, working for some of largest conglomerates in the industry, we have attempted to change their services to meet and exceed the client experience. Simply they were stuck in their ways and failed to change with the times. As a result, clients have come to rely on Heineken-Miller to make that happen.

How can you get us a better deal?
We are industry insiders who know the in’s and out’s of the pricing structures in the marketplace. We stay on the pulse of the new, the different and the updated offerings of each provider, therefore giving you access to the latest and greatest in the industry. We believe in Win-Win-Win business relationships in our model. We will create a program that works for you and the provider.

What if none of your preferred partners is a good fit for us?
We will work with any quality provider that meets our standards of excellence for interested customers that wish to be a client of Heineken-Miller. We therefore will fulfill a specific request by you in working with a specific provider of your choice. If you do not know who you want to work with and the Collection of partners we work with are not a fit for you, we’ll find one that will be a perfect match for you. 

Do we deal with you, or with the company once we are set up?
Once Heineken-Miller has activated a perfect implementation for you with our partner, you deal direct. As part of the implementation plan you will have a dedicated inside representative to work with for your day to day needs. You will enjoy the security of knowing we are always there to help, should an issue come up or new desired experience is desired.

How do I make reservations?
We will set you up with the selected provider that will give you the ability to make secure reservations around the clock and around the world by phone, email, web and the latest software reservation systems out there.

So are you a broker or concierge service?
Neither, we are a service and hospitality provider. We are a service that is free to our clients because we are in the business of matchmaking our clients with the perfect provider… and what provider wouldn’t be more than happy to compensate us for bringing them a best fit customer.

I have a big event coming up, what can you do to assist me?
It’s very simple. You talk with us about your event: What are you goals for the event? What are the dates or dates desired? How many people are in your party? Allow us to create a plan, shop your program to the best providers out there who want your business and will exceed your expectations. We are very experienced in successfully integrating and fulfilling the event desires of the large and the small.

How does your billing work ?
All work is directly billed from the selected provider. Together we will set up a billing program that works best for you,  billing method, statements and billing cycles.
